Privacy Notice Regarding CCTV System Available in Metrik

Metrik Bilgisayar Yazılım Danışmanlık Servis San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Metrik”), acting as a data controller, presents this privacy notice to your attention in line with the requirements of article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (the “PDPL”) and the Communiqué on Principles and Procedures to be Applicable for Fulfilment of Disclosure Obligation.

The company is monitored with 2 security cameras one of which is installed at the entrance while the other is located at the office section in order to promote the security at the business location. The IT department remains in charge of the CCTV footage processes.

The personal data shall be processed automatically to the extent “it is essential for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations” and “the relevant processing is required for legitimate interests of the data controller provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not impaired” as provided in article 5 of the PDPL. Also, your personal data might be disclosed to relevant judicial authorities or law enforcement agents for settlement of legal disputes or upon request under the applicable laws.
