(\u201cMetrik\u201d), acting as a data controller, presents this privacy notice to your attention in line with the requirements of article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (the \u201cPDPL\u201d) and the Communiqu\u00e9 on Principles and  <strong>Procedures to be Applicable for    <\/strong> Fulfilment of Disclosure Obligation.<\/p>\n<p>The company is monitored with 2 security cameras one of which is installed at the entrance while the other is located at the office section in order to promote the security at the business location. The IT department remains in charge of the CCTV footage processes.<\/p>\n<p>The personal data shall be processed automatically to the extent \u201cit is essential for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations\u201d and \u201cthe relevant processing is required for legitimate interests of the data controller provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not impaired\u201d as provided in article 5 of the PDPL.
