        6. performing activities in line with the regulations,<\/li>
        7. performing occupational health\/safety activities.<\/li><\/ol>

          F. Supplier Officer\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

          With respect to suppliers who are real persons or officers of legal entities, their\u00a0identification details<\/u>,\u00a0contact information<\/u>,\u00a0physical space security information<\/u>,\u00a0client transaction details<\/u>,\u00a0financial data<\/u>,\u00a0marketing information, information about legal processes<\/u>\u00a0shall be processed for:<\/p>

          1. performing\/auditing business activities,<\/li>
          2. executing sales processes for goods\/services,<\/li>
          3. performing financial and accounting tasks,<\/li>
          4. executing contractual processes,<\/li>
          5. administering investment processes,<\/li>
          6. promoting security of the applicable physical spaces,<\/li>
          7. litigations and legal proceedings.<\/li><\/ol>

            2. Methods for Collecting Personal Data<\/strong><\/h3>

            The personal data indicated in the aforementioned categories shall be collected through physical means such as purchasing order forms, contracts and visitor forms or IT systems and electronic devices\u00a0(e.g. telecommunication infrastructure, computer and phones)<\/em>, third parties\u00a0(e.g. KKB and Findeks)<\/em>, our website and other automatic or non-automatic methods by means of other documentation presented by the data subject.<\/p>

            3. Legal Justification for Collecting Personal Data<\/strong><\/h3>

            Metrik may process your personal data in line with the legal requirements as provided in article 5 of the PDPL in order to fulfil the purposes provided above to the extent that:<\/p>

            (iv)<\/strong>\u00a0Processing of personal data is required for creation, use or protection of any right,<\/p>
