Privacy Notice Regarding the Personal Data Processed under the Communication Form<\/strong><\/h2>

(\u201cMetrik\u201d)<\/strong>, acting as a data controller, presents this privacy notice to your attention in order to inform you about the purposes of processing of your personal data, legal justifications for processing, methods of collection, recipients and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (the \u201cPDPL\u201d) in order to comply with article 10 of the PDPL and the Communiqu\u00e9 on Principles and Procedures to be Applicable for Fulfilment of Disclosure Obligation.<\/p>

Your personal data such as name and e-mail address to be provided in the communication form shall be used for conducting necessary activities to provide corporate services and products, executing relevant business practices and contacting you about your request. Please note that we shall not exert absolute control over the information which might be provided in this form. We recommend you not to disclose your personal data and special categories of personal data to the Company if you do not wish us to learn the relevant data.<\/p>
